C$50/year - Associate Membership (for all other supporters of ADC - lay or ordained)
To Join / Renew and Pay via E-transfer or Cheque, download and fill in the form attached below and follow these instructions according to your payment method.
E-TRANSFERS
** Unfortunately, ADC is temporarily unable to receive membership payments via e-transfer. We are in the process of switching our accounts to a new financial institution. New instructions on how to make e-transfer payments will be posted in due course**
In the meantime, please consider paying your membership fee by cheque (see below) or credit or debit card instead.
